The pixels were at different locations (3a on the deck, 6 on the patio in the middle of the yard), and I think have different color responses. They each also had periodic color changes in shots 2 seconds apart, which are probably hardware anomalies.

Noisy, hard to decide where the jets are, which way they are going, and will they be visible. Then not much time to find, frame, and shoot. These shots from the D5300 show the house and the trees in the back yard. Some should have reduced the zoom, but no time.
